Tim has delivered training in a variety of settings, from reflective learning in a group context, to online and face to face delivery of courses, to one-to-one personalised training.

Tim is a major player in the Fresh Expressions vision day programme which has been presented at over 130 venues across the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the US. Tim was part of the team that produced the materials, is one of the lead presenters of the days, launched vision days in the US and now coordinates the programme. I really enjoy working with Tim, he is creative, collaborative and clear. Always well prepared, he works really well with a range of people from a variety of cultures and contexts. And he’s good fun too!

Tim led an excellent session with the Birmingham Mission Apprentices helping them to explore the concepts and opportunities around fresh expressions. Tim facilitated the conversation and discussion with consideration and challenge. Endorsing the contributions of the Mission Apprentices but then agitating their rationale and provoking their thinking to stretch outside their experience but aligned with their theology and vision. It was a fantastic session that has inspired the Mission Apprentices innovation and creativity in missional thinking and has also led to new approaches being explored and experimented with in their parishes.
